Drink Up!

I really need to follow that advice! I am struggling getting my water in but it is getting better. I have been trying to push myself to drink a little bit more everyday. I keep trying to push it but I get tired of drinking it - I don't like Crystal Light so that's not an option, I just try and push through it.

I skipped my class again this morning but I am going to walk to the inlaws today. Apparently the beautiful weather we have been having is going away so I am going to get out while I can. With the walk I can at least control how much I push myself and if I have a coughing fit it's only me I am disturbing. My eating has been pretty good today and I am earning some really good activity points. Tomorrow I have a lunch with my office and I have planned to have a green salad and 3 slices pizza. The pizza at this place is amazing and I just wasn't willing not to have it. I know that works for alot of people but I am just not willing to give up anything. It is probably why it takes me so long to lose weight but I just don't do well when I cut things out. I am happy that I have a plan and it is one that I can stick to, it may not be a great plan but it's a plan. I will have to have a light dinner so I don't muck up my WI on saturday morning. I saw a really nice number on the scale this morning and that made my day!

I am a daily weigher....right now it helps me keep on track.

How often do you weigh yourself?

  1. I weigh myself every day, sometimes more than once lol.

Hope you got your walk in. I walked 2 miles and did 30 min of wii zumba

I don't drink nearly enough water, and too much diet soda

Who knows, your salad may be soo good you will only have 2 slices of pizza ;L)

  2. I'm a daily weigher, but that's going to come to an end soon even if husband has to hide it from me :)

I think going in with a plan that you can stick to is smart!

  3. I am an every hour/every 30 minute weigher and honestly it's killing me. I am more concerned about the number on the scale than how I'm actually feeling. So, I'm hiding it after tomorrow's weigh in.

I'm horrible about drinking water. I'm just not thirsty to beginning with.

  4. I weigh everymorning...and every night. The good thing with weight watchers is you can eat what you want and not feel deprived.

  5. I weigh myself every week, but that's only to keep myself on track. I'm currently at a happy weight right now, but I don't want to start gaining.

Water is awesome! Drink it up indeed.

  7. I weigh myself officially once a week, but have started weighing myself every morning just to check in. It does kinda mess with my head a little bit tho, because if I work out really hard and eat perfect one day and then the next morning I've gained like, .4 lbs, I'm like, what the hell?

Also about the water, I used to drink once glass of water a day, if that. And now (within like a week) I am up to like 100 ounces. I have my little pink plastic water bottle with a plastic straw that is 16 oz and I just keep refilling it. I think the straw makes a big difference for some reason. It's a mental thing :)

  8. Having a plan is always so important! I don't like to give up anything either, I think that's where I have failed before. That's probably why it's taking me longer to lose the weight too- but this is sustainable!

I weigh myself once a day so that I can see how my weight fluctuates.

I have a water bottle that I keep with me at all times, too. It really helps to remind me to drink my water.

As far as the cheesecake recipe, you can find it here: http://ajourneytothin.blogspot.com/2011/02/no-bake-cheesecake-7-points-plus-recipe.html

For the crustless, I just don't use the crust and I cut it into 6 pieces for 4 points.
