Losing It

I wish I was talking about weight but I am actually talking about my mind! I saw what I named yesterdays post and completely forgot to talk about it. Duh! I am really struggling at night, I just seem to be really hungry (or maybe bored) after dinner. I just want to eat.....to try and help with it we have picked up my husbands old air popper from his parents so I can have a bit of a better snack. We will see if this helps. I am also trying to get hubby out for a walk with me every night. I did mall walking again today as I had some things I needed to look for. I need to start thinking about different things to do that I can incorporate the little one into. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your words of wisdom in my comments....9 months to put it on, why would I expect it to come off so quick?

  1. I love airpopped and when I need something more (this sounds...icky but bear with me :)) I spritz with water (mist!) and toss with chocolate protein powder.

it really is better than it sounds!!

  2. popcorn is def a fav snack of mine!

i try to have a to do list each night so I don't end up aimlessly in the kitchen wanting to eat! 'cause I have the SAME problem!! :)

  3. Thanks guys! I think we should be able to just lock up the kitchen at night ;)

  4. I workout in the evenings so it's a win lose situation, it's a great way to end the day but I'm starving, I usually have an apple and some almonds for a snack and that usually helps me stay full and off the mindless snacking.
With the protein of the almonds I find I just need a few and I'm satisfied.
Although popcorn is one of my favorite snacks too.

  5. A snack that's delicious is an apple with some peanut butter. Popcorn is awesome too!
